BlueLex - 1010 Bluebox Euro modded firmware

Custom firmware v0.15 for the 1010music bluebox eurorack edition, patched in your browser.

What it adds

Four new reverbs: FDN Hall, MVerb, Squall and Freeverb, plus Diffusion, Spread and Size knobs, and each reverb style remembers its settings.
Delay: Pitch (each repeat shifted up or down, tape style), Drift (wandering tape wobble) and Send into the reverb.
Master: a Saturate control, from gentle warmth to overdrive, and a compression meter in the settings.
USB Out: send the computer all 18 channels, or just the master L/R.
CPU meter next to the clock.

Install at your own risk. This is unofficial firmware, not made or supported by 1010music. Any custom firmware carries some risk of bricking your module or losing projects. Keep your stock firmware file and back up your SD card first.

Get the official bluebox eurorack firmware version 1.5.1 (BLUEEURO.BIN) from 1010music.
Choose that file below. It stays on your computer: the patching happens in this page.
Save the modded BLUEEURO.BIN, copy it to the root of the microSD card and install it like a 1010music update by booting while holding the A button. If your browser saves it as BLUEEURO (1).BIN, rename it to BLUEEURO.BIN first.

Going back to stock firmware

Back up your projects first (copy the whole microSD card to your computer). Projects saved with the modded firmware won't work with the stock firmware, so after rolling back you can only use projects saved before you installed the mod.

Back up the microSD card to your computer.
Delete the projects you saved while running the modded firmware.
Delete the settings files on the card.
Copy your stock BLUEEURO.BIN (version 1.5.1) to the root of the card and install it like a 1010music update by booting while holding the A button.
